    1. I loved my grandmother dearly and miss her a lot. She was such a wonderful cook, and had great taste when it came to decorating. She had nine children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. But I was her very first grandchild. She always said she had a special place in her heart for me because I was her first.

  13. Hi Sue, nice to meet you. I too love anything antique and your bedroom set is lovely. I love the dresser with the mirror and the photo of your grandmother. She is so pretty Sue.

I looked at your fab collection of Fenton. The box with the humming birds is darling.

Do you live near that gorgeous lake on your header? Fall is so pretty in the mountains where we live too.

Sheila sent me and I'm glad she did.

    1. Hello Jeanne, we are very blessed to own the lake on my header. It is about seven acres and we own about fifty wooded acres surrounding it. It was built years ago as a pay fishing lake by my husbands father but now that we own it we keep it private just for our family. It is very beautiful with lots of wildlife.
