This past week has been pretty rough. I fell on the sidewalk at the post office and my upper arm took the brunt of the fall. I haven't been able to lift it up over my head without alot of pain since then. I know I should go to the doctors but I'm hoping it will get better on it's own. Looks like Thanksgiving here is going to be pretty limited. Thats a week away so maybe things will be better by then.
Please go for an x-ray, it could be dislocated or something. Hope you feel better. Don't disregard it, it has been a week. xo
ReplyDeleteOh, Sue! I'm so sorry to hear this and really you should go get it seen about. You could have misplaced your shoulder or something. Saying a prayer for you.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Shelia :)
Gosh Sue, you must have it seen to - these injuries can be notorious for taking a long time to heal, especially without any help.
ReplyDeleteYour header photo is absolutely stunning!
Sue,
ReplyDeleteRecently retired from being a receptionist at a Physical Therapist Clinic, I urge you to make an appointment with your physician and be checked out! You have one of the most "CLASSIC" symptoms of a torn rotator cuff!!! These don't heal quickly or by themselves. Prolonging may cause the need for surgery followed by 6 weeks or more of physical therapy! Take care of yourself, dear one!!! Please let us know your findings. . .Until then, prayers for relief coming your way!!!
Fondly,
Pat
